Continue to Claymore Wines, a boutique cellar door where creative, music-inspired labels reflect a bold and expressive winemaking style. Enjoy a relaxed tasting experience featuring small-batch wines with distinctive character and regional personality.

Lunch is served at Mr Mick’s, where a seasonal selection of contemporary share plates is paired with wines from their acclaimed cellar. This relaxed dining experience highlights the best of local produce in a warm and welcoming setting.

In the afternoon, visit Sevenhill Cellars, the oldest winery in the Clare Valley, founded by Jesuit priests in 1851. Explore the historic cellars and the nearby St Aloysius Church before enjoying a final tasting of wines shaped by generations of tradition and craftsmanship.
